I’ve known Steve and Karen since they started Bramhall Pet Services and they began to walk my lab, Bella. Sadly Bella passed away a couple of years ago and we now have our crazy but gorgeous cocker spaniel Frank. It was the natural choice to choose Bramhall pet services to walk Frank as they are passionate about what they do and are always so accommodating if needed.Their love for dogs shines through and I can honestly say I wouldn’t use anyone else for his walks.Thank you so much, you are both amazing! Karen and Steve are very profressional and friendly! My lab has been walking with Steve since he was about 6 months old! They are great and he loves Steve so much! Even when we had a few puppy problems we worked with Steve and Karen and overcame them together working as a team! They are both very accommodating and always try and fit you in on days when you don’t normally have a walker if they can and even on weekends! Amazing and I can’t recommend them enough! Sarah. Well Bess has just finished her first week of group walks with Karen and she always comes back so happy and glowing and jumps up whenever she hears a car door now. I can’t recommend Karen highly enough! Having moved to Bramhall a few months ago I was so worried about having to find a new dog walker for our nervous dog. Karen came round to meet him and my fears were confirmed – he wouldn’t let Karen near him. However, Karen was determined to gain his trust, she came to the house whilst I was there every day for a week with gravy bones and positivity, before starting solo walks and gradually building him up to group walks…Now that is service! It’s down to Karen’s hard work and dedication that Ralph now adores her, he’s grown in confidence and loves his walks with his new pals.I love the photos and videos I’m sent as it puts my mind at ease he’s having a great time. Karen at Bramhall Pet Services is simply amazing and we couldn’t be without her! We have two young dogs; initially, Karen did puppy visits for us and now walks our dogs Monday – Friday. Finn and Jessie (our fur babies!) absolutely adore Karen and leave with her super-excited and happy every time. They have a genuine bond with Karen and we feel rather lucky to have found her! I would highly recommend Bramhall Pet Services. Our dog is nervous and does not like strangers in the home, so Karen has been brilliant and patient as we have slowly built up meeting outside then inside the home. Karen and Steve have been looking after Milly since she was 3 months old – she is now two. They started with puppy visits and now take her out for walks every weekday. They are the most lovely, genuine dog lovers who are very professional and reliable and are always keen to have as much knowledge about dogs in their care as they can.
